IPSWICH – Following a tough loss to Newburyport (10-0), the Ipswich High School girls’ lacrosse team has won three in a row by a combined score of 39-7. Tigers coach Allison Tivnan is happy with the team’s improvement that she knows the team will need to continue down the stretch.
Ipswich plays at North Reading (4-6) this afternoon at 4:15.
Update: Ipswich beat North Reading 15-6. The Tigers were led offensively by Estelle Gromko (3 goals, 1 assist), Carolyn Bailey (3 goals), Halle Greenleaf (3 goals), Allie Wile (2 goals, 1 assist), Ella Stein (2 goals, 1 assist), Lyla Greenleaf (1 goal, 1 assist) and Kayden Flather. The Tigers improved to 8-1!
