DANVERS – After squeezing out a 2-1 OT win over Lowell Catholic (5-7-1) Saturday, the Essex Techs Hawks (13-0-1) have several challenges remaining including 2 big games this week. Coach Mark Leonard is wary of Wednesday’s opponent, Northeast Tech (4-8-0), even though the Hawks won the first meeting, 5 to 3.
Essex Tech has racked up 84 goals and allowed but 22. Sophomore forward Brady Leonard is the leading goal scorer on the team with 15 to go along with 18 assists. Junior forward Logan Casey has collected the most assists on the team with 12 goals and 21 assists.
