BEVERLY – The Beverly/Danvers girls’ hockey team, coached by Matt Lampert, currently has a record of 10-5-1 headed into the final week of the regular season. With 5 games still remaining, Coach Lampert is working his team toward a higher seeding in the D1 Girls’ Hockey Power Rankings. Beverly/Danvers is currently ranked number 21. Fourteenth-seeded Methuen and fourth-seeded Winthrop are still on the schedule.
Senior captains Sadie Papamechail and Shea Nemeskal have provided the veteran leadership, while junior Halle Greenleaf, 8th-grader Clara Carey, and sophomore Bradie Arnold have led the offense in scoring.
