AMESBURUY – The Amesbury Red Hawks (3-0) roll on despite facing the proverbial “adversity” with a 32-14 win last weekend over a determined Pentucket Panthers (2-1) football team. Amesbury lost star running back Max Sanchez to a serious injury that will sideline him for at least four weeks and ran into tough competition early in the game before the Red Hawks were able to pull away in the second half.
This week, coach Colin McQueen is preparing his team for a Friday night away game at Ipswich (0-3).
