AMESBURY – With a huge 4-3 win over Triton (8-7-0) Wednesday, the Amesbury Red Hawks improved to 7-5-0. The win broke Triton’s 13-game unbeaten streak (12-1-0) over Amesbury and extended the Red Hawks winning streak to 5.
Amesbury coach Steve Costa is hoping that if the team wins the Saturday game against Pentucket, it will climb in the D2 Power Rankings. Currently Amesbury is ranked at number 24. The top 32 teams make the playoffs at the end of the regular season.
The Amesbury at Pentucket game time has been changed to Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m.
