PEABODY – The Peabody Tanners softball team downed Lynn Classical Tuesday by a score of 15 to 6 to improve to 7-1 overall. The lone loss was a non-league close game to Amesbury. Tanner coach (and 2020 Peabody High School sports Hall of Fame inductee) Tawny Palmieri looks forward to the re-match against Amesbury and to the challenges that lie ahead for her relatively young squad.
