GLOUCESTER – Gloucester High School’s Athletics Director Bryan Lafata, like all the other A.D.s in the state has grappled with COVID-19 and sports since last spring; and they have succeeded in keeping the games going. Despite numerous edicts from the state, unexpected absences, and schedule changes, A.D. Lafata has managed fall, winter, and Fall 2 sports in a way that has allowed student-athletes to participate in almost-normal competition.
