GLOUCESTER – Massachusetts State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr is as affable and accessible as a public official can possibly be. However, with a constituency approaching 200,000, the Senator has a variety of ways to interact with the public…including mail, email, phone calls, in-person gatherings, and relying on a staff that can get things done and get questions answered in an expedient fashion.
