ESSEX – Essex Police Chief Paul Francis encourages residents to adhere to the old adage, “See something, say something” in response to the current rash of school swatting incidents. Chief Francis encourages anyone who needs to see or talk with police to do so and not hesitate. And, according to Chief Francis, communication among police departments is critical, as local, state, and federal authorities all investigate the recent incidents.
