GLOUCESTER – Lisa Smith and Susan Hoague are two of the pillars of the Cape Ann Climate Coalition, a mostly volunteer organization dedicated to fighting the deleterious effects of climate change. In the interview below, they explain the many avenues available for local landlords and others who can benefit by reducing carbon footprint and “electrifying” their properties.
