BOSTON – Massachusetts State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr gives a report from the State House, that, as of 4:15 p.m. Monday, the Legislature is poised to pass a finalized version of the FY24 state budget that is more than a month overdue. The state has been operating on an interim budget for the month of July.
