WENHAM – The Wenham Police Department is implementing a new Power Standards technology to maintain compliance and accreditation standards.
Wenham Police recently announced the implementation of the PowerStandards Document Management System (PowerDMS), an accreditation management solution.
PowerDMS will allow the department to streamline the compliance process and reduce the time and effort it takes to maintain accreditation by up to 50 percent. Wenham Police will now be able to map policies, procedures, and proofs of compliance to industry standards, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
The Wenham Police Department strives to serve the community at the highest level possible. Accreditation is a critical way to evaluate policies, training, and practices, and ensure the department adheres to crucial industry standards. By embracing this new tool, Wenham Police are making this process quicker, simpler, and more effective.
“The implementation of the new PowerDMS platform will help streamline our accreditation process and help our department maintain and uphold the best policing practices,” said Deputy Jason Chief Lucontoni, who is the department’s Accreditation Manager.
PowerDMS has worked with more than 4,000 customers and 1,000,000 users nationwide. For more information about PowerDMS, click here.
