SWAMPSCOTT (Audio – Photos) Swampscott baseball coach Frank DeFelice led the Big Blue baseball team for 35 years. His 1993 team won a state title. DeFelice also guided Swampscott to six divisional titles, and his teams won eight Northeastern Conference titles. DeFelice played college football and baseball at Boston College, DeFelice also served as head football coach at Swampscott High. He later coached college football at Boston College and college baseball at Endicott College.
