BYFIELD – Salisbury junior goalie Gavin Marengi recorded his fifth shutout of the year as Triton (12-9-0), the number 7 seed in the D3 hockey tourney, downed Middlebourough (13-8-0) by a score of 7-0 in this week’s opening round. Coach Ryan Sheehan is now preparing the Vikings for their Saturday match-up with number 10 Medfield (15-7-1) for a 6:30 game at the Graf Rink in Newburyport.
