GLOUCESTER, Mass.— Mayor Greg Verga and Harbormaster Thomas Ciarametaro Jr. have announced that Gloucester’s Harbormaster’s Office has once again received the Elite Fleet designation for the 7th consecutive year from Marinas.com. The office has been awarded the esteemed Elite Fleet designation by Marinas.com, a testament to its consistent high-quality service and facilities.
The Elite Fleet designation, bestowed based on boaters’ reviews and ratings, requires an average star rating of 4.7 and a minimum of 10 reviews throughout the year. This marks the 7th consecutive year that the Gloucester Harbormaster’s Office has earned this distinction, reflecting its enduring commitment to excellence.

The Harbormaster’s Office rents 30 transient or visitor moorings located in the Inner Harbor, Southeast Harbor, and Western Harbor. These moorings include a variety of services and amenities, including access to the state-of-the-art transient boaters lounge and launch services.
