DANVERS (Podcast) Danvers football (7-4) will host Gloucester (5-5) on Thanksgiving Day (10 a.m.) The Falcons are coming off an impressive run in the MIAA D5 Playoffs having lost last Saturday to top seeded and unbeaten Hanover (27-24) in the state semifinals. Danvers won playoff games against Blackstone Valley (20-19) and Dedham (10-0) leading up to last weekend’s state semifinal. Gloucester was also in the D5 playoffs and also lost to Hanover (42-16) in an opening round game. In this podcast, Danvers football coach Ryan Nolan discusses last Saturday’s playoff game against Hanover and shares player notes and previews the Thanksgiving game against Gloucester.
