AMESBURY (Podcast) #6 Amesbury football (6-1) will host #11 Wahconah (5-3) in an opening round game in the MIAA D7 playoffs Friday night at Landry Stadium (6:30 p.m.) Amesbury enters the game coming off last week’s win over Triton (36-7). Their only loss this season came at the hands of Lynnfield (24-14) back on October 13th. Wahconah has won three straight games including last weeks win over Northampton (48-0).
