Manchester-by-the-Sea – The Town of Manchester-by-the-Sea was recently a recipient of a $3.5 million MassWorks grant for utility work on Forest Street and Mill St. This important infrastructure work is anticipated to begin sometime in Spring 2024 and more detail will be provided in the coming weeks.
