SALEM (Podcast) October means large crowds in the city of Salem. Haunted Happenings draws tourists
from around the north shore, the country and even the world. In this podcast hear from Salem Police Chief Lucas Miller as he describes all of the safety precautions are in place for the final week celebrations. Chief Miller also shares ways to get to Salem without driving into the city and ending up stuck in traffic. The satellite parking areas with shuttle bus service will be available this weekend as well as next Monday and Tuesday. The month-long celebration in Salem ends Tuesday night (10/31 – Halloween) with a 10 p.m. fireworks display best viewed from Washington Street.
