DANVERS – The Essex Tech Hawks (1-5) picked up their first win since joining the Cape Ann League this season with a 20-12 win over Hamilton-Wenham (0-6) last weekend. Coach Dan Connors sees steady, continued improvement from his players as they get ready to travel to North Reading Friday night for a 6 p.m. kickoff against the Hornets (3-2).
