PEABODY (Podcast) Peabody football (5-0) plays at Winthrop (3-2) tonight (6:30 p.m.) The Tanners are coming off a 27-14 win over Leominster last Friday night while Winthrop shutout Gloucester 35-0. Each enters tonight’s game having played solid defense this season. Winthrop has shown a solid run game in their wins this season while Peabody has been able to run and pass the football on offense even following the graduation of many key players from a year ago. In the podcast bellow Peabody coach Mark Bettencourt shares team updates and previews tonight’s game. Earlier this week we posted an interview with Winthrop coach Jonathan Cadigan.
