Town of Danvers – Treasurer/Collector Office Software Upgrade Friday, October 13

System Maintenance - TC Office

The Treasurer/Collector Office will be open on Friday, October 13, but at a reduced capacity. Due to a software upgrade, we will not be able to look up information in our system. The only payments we will be able accept are checks with the accompanying bill stub (bill stub must be included to verify the amount due). Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept past-due bills or provide any tax or updated balance information.

Although several system operations will be inaccessible, online payments will be unaffected, and we will remain open to help you to our greatest extent, either in person or by phone at 978-777-0001 ext. 3054.

The upgrade will continue over the weekend, and we expect it to be complete on Monday, October 16.
