DANVERS – Danvers High School field hockey coach Kristen McCarthy has guided her senior-laden team to a 7-0-1 start almost halfway through the season, including a 1-0 win over Swampscott Thursday. It’s been a grind this week for the Falcons, who ended up in a 1-1 draw against Gloucester earlier in the week.
Coach McCarthy is proud of the way her team takes direction and coaching, and how they work together.
