LYNN (Videos – Photos) Saugus running back Tommy DiSimone scored three touchdowns and linebacker Braden Faiella intercepted a pass late in the first half and ran it in for a game tying touchdown that appeared change momentum in the game. Saugus added two second half touchdowns to propel them to a 27-18 win at Manning Field. Saugus improves to 3-0 while Lynn Tech suffered their first loss of the season (2-1). Very late in the game Lynn Tech quarterback Jadiel Ortega was injured in what was described as a neck injury. The game was delayed while medical first responders took Ortega to the hospital. It is believed that Ortega will be OK, after originally reporting a lack of feeling in his legs. Both teams met in a circle at midfield at the end of the game to offer their support for Ortega.
