GLOUCESTER – The Cape Ann Symphony performed an outdoor Pops Concert celebrating Gloucester’s 400th anniversary on Friday night at Stage Fort Park before hundreds of concert-goers in lawn chairs or on blankets. On a clear,warm, summer’s night under a three-quarters moon, the playlist was:
