GLOUCESTER – In a city-wide call Sunday, Gloucester Mayor Greg Verga announced that, due to the forecast of bad weather on Monday, the Concert-on-the-Boulevard and the July 3rd fireworks have been re-scheduled to Saturday, July 8. According to Mayor Verga, Mondaty’s “Fishtown Horribles Parade” will take place on Monday, starting at 6 p.m., rain or shine.
