GLOUCESTER – In the short time Tess McColgan has been at the helm of Discover Gloucester, she has organized and promoted much of what is good about the city to venues near and far. In the interview below, she explains what Discover Gloucester is and what is does; and promotes some of the exciting events scheduled for this summer.
