BEVERLY (Podcast) Beverly City Councilor at Large / Council President Julie Flowers discusses several key issues facing the Beverly City Council and Beverly residents. Last night at the city council meeting the city honored recently hired Beverly Police officers. In the podcast, Flowers addresses the taking by emanant domain of the Family Dollar Store, proposals to deal with accessory dwelling units, the Hall-Whitaker Bridge construction, and the Beverly budget process. In the interview Flowers mentions several upcoming dates regarding budget discussions and presentations coming before the city council. There will be a public presentation June 27th (6:30 – 8 p.m.) at Beverly High School with information on the proposed construction of the Hall-Whitacker Bridge.
