Hamilton-Wenham Girls Tennis – The Generals 11-1 (7-0 CAL) moved a step closer to their second straight league title with a 5-0 win over Amesbury on Tuesday. Winners: Sky Jara 6-0, 6-0 / Naomi Provost 6-0, 6-0 /
Chloe Gern 6-1, 6-0 / Doubles winners – Abby Simon and Sienna Gregory 6-1, 6-1 / And earning their first varsity win at second doubles Lena Voss and Nina Finn 6-2, 6-3

Girls Lacrosse – Ipswich beat Pentucket 10-9 in an exciting overtime win. Estelle Gromko scored the game winner with the assist from Halle Greenleaf. The Tigers were led offensively by Estelle Gromko (3 goals, 1 assist), Allie Wile (2 goals, 1 assist), Ella Stein (2 goals), Kayden Flather (2 goals) and Carolyn Bailey (1 goal, 1 assist). Defensively the Tigers were led by goalie Ashton Flather who had 12 saves, 4 ground balls and 2 interceptions.

St. Mary’s SoftballSpartans (11-1) clinch at least a share of the Catholic Central League  title with a 2-1 over Bishop Feehan. Anna Fringuelli was outstanding throwing a complete game (2 hit, 7 K) while driving in both runs, Ashanthy Pardilla (single) and Brooke Moloney (double) with a doubleImage
