SALEM (Podcast – Photos) The Salem High baseball team (3-0) has been getting great pitching and timely defense in their first three games of the season. Salem opened the season with 6-1 win over Swampscott, followed by a 1-0 win over Saugus, and yesterday they beat Gloucester 4-1. Wednesday afternoon Salem will host rival Beverly at Gallows Hill Park at 4 p.m. In the podcast Salem coach Matt Lessard shares information on his pitching staff as well as other key players on the team. He also runs through several of the great early season individual pitching performances by his team.
