Newburyport Mayor Sean Reardon – The Mayor’s Corner – In this episode Mayor Reardon begins with an update on the State Street main gas line work by National Grid – it’s wrapping up, and DPS will be starting work on Pleasant Street Parklets and working their way to State Street once the work is complete. Big news…The Plum Island Dredge project is complete! A big shout-out to the US Army Corps of Engineers and to Norfolk Dredging, as well as our Harbormaster, Planning Department, and DPS. The project resulted in 400 added feet of beachfront along Reservation Terrace.
