Podcast: Jim Quinlan Stepping Down as Bishop Fenwick’s Boys Hockey Coach – Shares Great Hockey Memories

PEABODY (Podcast) Jim Quinlan has been associated with north shore high school hockey for 40 years. This week he announced that he will be stepping down as boys head ice hockey coach at Bishop Fenwick High School. In this podcast Quinlan explains why he is retiring from Fenwick after seven years on the job. Prior to Fenwick, Quinlan served as an assistant coach and head coach (6 years) at Saugus High School. Quinlan graduated from Saugus High in 1982 and centered one of the north shore’s top lines in high school hockey during his junior and senior seasons at Saugus. He shares stories from Northeastern Conference Hockey from his high school years and how hockey has evolved over the past 40 years.
