NORTH SHORE – On Tuesday night, MSO hosted a round table discussion with four of the most esteemed high school hockey coaches in the state: Winthrop’s Dale Dunbar, St. John’s Prep’s Kristian Hanson, Essex Tech’s Mark Leonard, and Newburyport’s Paul Yameen. The coaches, covering a geographical area from north to south (of the Norht Shore), represent teams in each of the state’s 4 divisions. This season alone, their teams compiled a combine record of 57 wins, 19 losses and 7 ties including the regular season and the playoffs.
Hosted by MSO, the coaches spoke about their respective programs, their teams’ successes, and their passion for coaching high school hockey student-athletes in particular and hockey in general.
