SALEM (Podcast) The Salem High boys basketball team will be waiting to hear on Saturday as to their opening round MIAA tournament match-up. The MIAA plans to announce the brackets and opening round match-ups Saturday afternoon. The Witches 14-6 overall including their Florida games has a 12-5 MIAA record for the tournament seedings. Salem is in Division Two and they will likely open with a home game. Also in Division Two from the north shore are; Malden Catholic #1, Wakefield #6, and Marblehead #8, In the podcast, Salem coach Tom Doyle previews the tournament and discusses his team’s key players and several standout games from the season.
