Larry McIntire IAABO Board 130 Classic (Boys & Girls Basketball) at Marblehead High

Monday, Feb. 20

Boys championship 

Marblehead 71, Gloucester 67 (OT)

Tournament MVP Nicholas Lemmond scored 21 points, including the go-ahead basket in the last 30 seconds of overtime, to lead the host Magicians to their second straight championship in the Larry McIntire IAABO Board 130 Classic. Tyrone Countryman had 13 points, six rebounds and seven assists for Marblehead to earn All-Tournament honors, while Isaiah Makor had 14 points and 23 rebounds. The Fishermen were led by All-Tournament selections Nate Montagnino, with 31 points and 25 rebounds, and Brady Sullivan, with 17 points.

Girls championship

North Andover 56, Masconomet 35

Tournament MVP Hannah Martin scored 17 points, giving her 54 in two days, to lead the Scarlet Knights to the championship of the Larry McIntire IAABO Board 130 Classic at Marblehead High School. Sydney Rogers had 22 points and was named to the All-Tournament team. For Masconomet, All-Tournament selection Mia Theberge had 14 points and Riley Bovardi added nine. Taylor Bovardi had 14 points over two days and was named to the All-Tournament team.

Girls consolation 

Bishop Fenwick 59, Peabody 42

Cecilia Kay, who was named to the All-Tournament team, scored 26 points to lead the Crusaders to an easy win over their crosstown rival in the consolation game of the Larry McIntire IAABO Board 130 Classic at Marblehead High School. Logan Lomasney had 17 for the Tanners and was an All-Tournament selection.

Bedford 58, Bishop Fenwick 55

Camdyn Shoesmith (17) and Justice Buchanan (12) combined for 29 points for the Buccaneers in a hard-fought win over Bishop Fenwick in the consolation game of the Larry McIntire IAABO Board 130 Classic. Buchannan, who scored 40 in the first round, was named to the All-Tournament team. James Meklis led the Crusaders with 20 points and earned All-Tournament honors.
