DANVERS – St. John’s Prep is the defending state champion in Division 1 high school hockey. And, the Eagles are off to a 1-0 start after the weekend’s 7-0 over Masconomet (0-1). Despite losing some key starters, head coach Kristian Hanson is confident the Prep will again compete on a high level. The Eagles face challengers of all abilities that require “attention to detail,” according to Coach Hanson.
