City of Salem – Visiting Salem in October: Update of October 26, 2022 salemma.gov/home/news/visi Salem welcomed a total of 185,300 visitors downtown last weekend (Oct 21–Oct 23): 41,240 on Friday, 99,720 on Saturday, 44,340 on Sunday, a 1% increase over the same time period last year.
