Salem Book Swap 

SalemRecycles Committee is hosting the Free Book Swap held at the Salem Community Life Center on Saturday November 12th!

Donations can be dropped off at the Community Life Center on Thursday November 10th from 4-7pm and 9am-12pm on Saturday November 12th.

*Please note that Veterans Day is Friday November 11th, therefore the Community Life Center will be closed and donations cannot be accepted on Friday.

The following items can be donated: Books, CD’s, DVD’s, records, & greeting cards.

Why:                     To promote re-use and recycling of books and provide Salem residents a fun way to shop for new books.

Danvers DPW – We had another successful Zero Waste Recycling Weekend! Thank you to all the staff, volunteers, and residents who helped make this event a success! This event helps divert recyclable materials from the waste stream. Look out for our recycling events next year in 2023!
