GLOUCESTER – This week, State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr explains what the legislature can and can not do during “informal session.” He also discusses Governor Baker’s plan for adding school security measures throughout the Commonwealth; and he gives a history lesson about a replica cannon (a gift from the U.S.S Constitution) that is now displayed on Gloucester’s Boulevard along Western Avenue.
