LYNN – The Lynn legislative delegation including Rep. Dan Cahill and State Representative Pete CapanoMayor Jared Nicholson, Congressman Seth Moulton, and Councilor Brian Field representing the Lynn City Council just announced that train service will continue at the Lynn commuter rail station. After we requested a safety review, the MBTA has determined the station is safe and has reversed its decision to close the station. They will continue to closely monitor the station’s infrastructure. We are committed to work with them to address any safety issues and to find robust transportation alternatives for riders for when the station is reconstructed. (Facebook Posting)
