Weather – National Weather Service – Oppressive heat and humidity will be the main story this week. A Heat Advisory has been extended through Thursday at 8 PM. In addition, there is the risk for strong to severe storms Thursday afternoon into the evening, with the main threat being damaging wind gusts.

Massachusetts State Police Revere – Another scorcher on tap for today. With large crowds expected, we’ll have an increased State Police presence on our state beaches like Revere & Carson. Visitors will see extra Troopers & supporting units up and down the beaches, protecting the safety & rights of all beachgoers.

St. Mary’s Boys Basketball – It was a celebration Tuesday morning at the Massachusetts State House! The St. Mary’s boys basketball team received their championship rings and a special citation from Governor Baker and the Lt. Governor Polito recognizing them as 2022 Basketball State Champions! Well deserved!
