DANVERS – Essex Tech hockey coach Mark Leonard guided his team to the Commonwealth Conference championship with a league record of 7-1-0 and an outstanding overall record of 14-3-3, piling up 83 goals along the way. The 17th seeded Hawks travel to Bedford (11-6-3), the number 16 seed, on Thursday.
