GLOUCESTER – Massachusetts State Senate Minority Leader Bruce Tarr reacted today to the news that Gov. Charlie Baker and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito have announced they will not seek re-election. Senator Tarr also summarized the the mental health bill and the ARPA spending bill that the legislature has been working on.
