BEVERLY – After Swampscott native Jaymie Caponigro was honored as Commonwealth Coast Conference Offensive Player of the Week for picking up 5 points a week ago, she got a little help from her friends on the Endicott College women’s soccer team Tuesday night. The Gulls shut out Salem State, 10-0, to improve to 5-2-2 overall and 3-0-0 in the conference.
