BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott field hockey team opens up its season at home against Babson College on Wednesday, September 1 at 6 PM. Here’s a preview of the Gulls’ upcoming season.
FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW
- Reigning CCC Coach of the Year Jodi Cipolla has posted 11 or more wins per season (180-93) 11 times in the past 12 years.
- Endicott comes into the 2021 campaign as the top-ranked team in the Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC), per the league’s preseason poll.
- The Gulls will look to capture their third consecutive CCC Championship this fall.
- The team returns Abby Carter (Richmond, Vt.), Taylor Farrin (Danvers, Mass.), and Sydney Poulin (Watertown, Mass.), who all received first-team all-conference honors in 2019.
- Endicott is 5-0 in their last five season openers.
