GLOUCESTER – According to Gloucester Rotary Breakfast Chairperson Maggie Howard, the annual pancake breakfast fundraiser Saturday will also allow for free parking in the Stage Fort parking lot that will enable visitors to take in the Gloucester Waterfront Festival. The Rotary breakfast begins at 7:30 a.m. at a cost of $8 for adults and $5 for children 6 and under. Chairperson Howard provides the details in the interview below.
