CONNECTIONS – Jennifer Holmgren, a two-term Gloucester city-councilor-at-large is the guest on this edition of CONNECTIONS. Councilor Holmgren, who is also an adult family care nurse, looks at the current city council agenda, highlights some of the council’s work, talks about projects that are on-going, relates her experience as a councilor, and suggests what the future might hold in store.
