Gloucester Parking Kiosks “Set to Go Live in the Coming Weeks”

GLOUCESTER – The Gloucester Department of Public Works installed nearly 70 new parking kiosks throughout the city in early May.  Since then, for the last three months, the kiosks have remained off-line with plastic bags covering them.  Parking has been free for that time period in the municipal parking lots and on various streets in downtown Gloucester.

Gloucester DPW Director Mike Hale told MSO News on Tuesday via email, “We are waiting on a crazy delay in manufacturing. They are set to go live in the coming weeks.”
