PEABODY – Caterina Rocha, by way of Peabody High School and Providence College, is one of the most successful track athletes ever to have competed here on the North Shore. As a two-time winner (2012, 2013) of the Moynihan Lumber North Shore Student Athlete of the Year award, Caterina was honored Wednesday as this year’s recipient of the program’s Post-Graduate Award. Recently named the head coach of Providence College women’s track team and assistant coach of the cross country team, she spoke to this year’s honorees after she was introduced by MC Paul Halloran of Grant Communications.
