HAMILTON – With the recent approval of the MIAA, the Fall 2 high school athletic programs will start in about three weeks. Hamilton-Wenhan High School football coach Jim Pugh is both excited and optimistic that the Cape Ann League can begin practice and participation. And do it safely while observing COVID-19 protocols.
